ABC has ordered a new Grey’s Anatomy spinoff set in Texas for the 2026-27 season. The series, created by Shonda Rhimes and Meg Marinis, will focus on a rural West Texas medical center. This will be the third spinoff of Grey’s Anatomy, following Private Practice and Station 19.
