Paramount is taking legal action against Warner Bros. Discovery to obtain more information about its deal with Netflix following the merger. Paramount CEO David Ellison also announced plans to nominate directors to WBD’s board to oppose the Netflix agreement. Despite WBD’s rejection of Paramount’s takeover bid, the company is pushing forward with its hostile bid and legal action to gain insight into the Netflix deal.
