The VMAs have announced additional performers for the upcoming award show, including Doja Cat, Jelly Roll, Post Malone, Tate McRae, and Conan Gray. McRae and Gray will make their VMAs main stage debuts, with McRae up for four awards. Post Malone, a six-time VMA winner, will perform for the first time since 2018 and is nominated for best collaboration. Doja Cat will give her first televised performance of “Jealous Type,” while Jelly Roll is competing for his first VMA award with four nominations. The show will air on September 7 on CBS and MTV, with LL Cool J hosting. Lady Gaga leads with 12 nominations, followed by Bruno Mars with 11 and Kendrick Lamar with 10.
