The actors playing Harry Potter and Hagrid in HBO’s new series were spotted filming in London for the first time. Dominic McLaughlin, 11, dressed as Harry with the iconic round glasses, while Nick Frost, 53, transformed into Hagrid with long hair and a curly beard. The scene being filmed appears to be from the first book where Hagrid brings Harry to the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley. The show is expected to follow events from J.K. Rowling’s first book and the 2001 film. The series is set to premiere on HBO Max in 2027.
