Wright State University alum Nicole Scherzinger won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role in “Sunset Boulevard.” Scherzinger previously won an Olivier Award for the London production of the musical before it moved to Broadway. She was also named one of Time Magazine’s most influential people in April 2025.
