Road Closures
In an effort to tighten security around the stadium, starting at 3:30 PM Friday, no vehicular traffic will be allowed until the end of the concert on the following roads:
- Gale Lemerand Drive between University Avenue and Stadium Road
- Stadium Road from Gale Lemerand Drive and Fletcher Drive
- University Avenue between Gale Lemerand Drive and Northwest 17th Street (Buckman Dr.).
Gates
All gates will open at 4:30pm.
Guests are encouraged to use the gate nearest to their section and seats to reduce congestion and increase safety. Guests with Field Level tickets must enter via the SEZ Ramp located between Gates 15 and 16. All tickets will be mobile through Ticketmaster.
Express Entry lanes are available at Gates 1, 4, 7, 8, 12, 16, SEZ Ramp, and West Premium. Advanced enrollment is required.
The ADA Wheelchair Seating Level (WSL) entrance is located near Gate 3 on the west side of the stadium.
The VIP entrance is located at Gate 17 on the south side of the stadium.
Bag Policy
Wallets, wristlets, clutch purse/cross body no larger than 4.5″ by 6.5″ are permitted. Bags or purses any larger, regardless of being clear or not are NOT permitted in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. All items and persons entering Ben Hill Griffin Stadium are subject to security screening and inspection.

Guests entering with medical or childcare needs must enter through Gate 3 to have their bag inspected. All guests will pass through a metal detector upon entry to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and their items and person will be inspected. One bag permitted per guest for:
- Medical needs (medications, medical equipment, or medical supplies, etc.)
- Childcare needs (diapers, formula/breastmilk, baby food, ice packs, baby bottles, breast pumps and supplies, etc.)
Water Bottle Policy
Fans are permitted to bring one (1) commercially branded (i.e. Aquafina) empty plastic water bottle, no larger than 20 oz. There are several water bottle filling stations inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Non-disposable water bottles, sport bottles, Nalgene-type bottles, cans, heavy plastic, glass bottles, and thermoses are NOT permitted in the Stadium.
Umbrellas
Due to safety and line-of-sight concerns, umbrellas are not allowed in ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Please leave umbrellas in your vehicle.
Cashless Food & Beverage
Cash can be converted into pre-paid gift cards at any Grab N’ Go location. Gift Cards can be used at any concession stand within Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Charging Stations
Cell phone charging stations are located at various locations inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Merchandise
Offical Still The Problem Tour 2026 Merchandise will be available outside the stadium on the northwest side.
A Limited Edition Norris Bear Hat and T-Shirt and a I Can’t Love You Anymore T-Shirt will be available while supplies last.
