Franky Venegas, a member of the “Island Boys” rap group, was arrested in Naples for possession of unprescribed oxycodone pills and an altered firearm. Deputies pulled over the vehicle Venegas was in and found pills and an altered pistol inside. Venegas claimed the pills were not his, and the firearm had missing serial numbers. The “Island Boys” gained fame in 2021 with their viral hit “I’m an Island Boy.”
