<p>1. Ensure Safety First: Assess your surroundings and maintain a safe distance from hazards (live wires, unstable structures, etc.) before taking photos.</p>



<p>2. Be Specific: Take close-up shots of specific damage (broken windows, collapsed walls, roof damage, etc.).</p>



<p>3. Ensure Proper Lighting: Make sure the area is well-lit but avoid glare or harsh shadows. Use natural light when possible, but in low-light conditions use a flashlight or camera flash.</p>



<p>4. Avoid Blurry or Unclear Photos: Hold the camera steady or use a tripod to avoid motion blur.</p>



<p>5. Provide Context: Capture photos from multiple angles (front, side, and back) to show the extent of the damage and include undamaged areas in the photos for comparison.</p>
